Bookings & Arrival

Check‑in times self check ins from 3pm.

Use of the Site

Only BBQ’s provided to be used.
Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am to protect wildlife and other guests.
No amplified music at any time.
Respect wildlife — no disturbing habitats, feeding animals, or leaving food out.

Facilities

Water points are for drinking and light washing only.
Rubbish to be disposed of in signposted Recycling room

Safety

Open flames prohibited (campfires, fire pits, ground fires).
Children must be supervised at all times.
Guests are responsible for their own safety when walking on uneven ground or natural terrain.
In severe weather, the site may close for safety reasons.

Parking & Access

Parking is in the designated car park only — no vehicles past car park area.
Short walk to pods; guests must carry their own equipment, wheeled carriages are provided.
No driving on grass unless authorised for accessibility reasons.

Behaviour

Respectful behaviour towards other guests and the land is required at all times.
No loud parties, disruptive behaviour, or antisocial conduct.
We reserve the right to ask guests to leave without refund if rules are broken.

Pets

Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
Owners must clean up after their pets.
No aggressive or uncontrolled animals permitted.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policy applies as stated at the time of booking.
No refunds for early departure unless due to site closure for safety reasons.
We may cancel bookings in extreme weather or operational issues; full refund provided.

Liability

Guests camp at their own risk.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Guests are liable for any damage caused to the land, facilities, or wildlife.
